Cavaletti poles on a mattress


Benefits

  • An advanced exercise of cavaletti poles on the ground
  • Further challenges balance and proprioception
  • Increases hip and knee joint range of motion

Instructions:

  • Grab 3 poles (or mops and brooms like me!) and place them about 2 feet apart on a mattress
  • Guide your dog over them
  • Reward and repeat.

Special Note:

  • This encourages them to lift their leg over the obstacle to help strength and limb awareness.
