- Walking backwards x 1 minute
- Figure 8 x 1 minute
Medium:
- Two up on a step with rear leg lift x 10
- Under legs x 2 minutes
- Sit to Stand x 10
- Walking backwards x 2 minutes
- Figure 8 x 2 minutes
Hard:
- Two up on a step with rear leg lift 2 x 10
- Under legs x 2 minutes
- Sit to Stand x 15
- Walking backwards x 2 minutes
- Figure 8 on cushion x 1 minute
