- High two up with hold 3 x 10 seconds
- Under legs x 1 minute
- Sit to stand x 10
- Walk the plank x 1 minute
- Figure 8 on a cushion x 1 minute
Medium:
- High two up with hold 5 x 10 seconds
- Under legs x 2 minutes
- Sit to stand 2 x 10
- Walk the plank x 2 minutes
- Figure 8 on a cushion x 2 minutes
Hard:
- High two up with hold 8 x 10 seconds
- Under legs x 2 minutes
- Sit to stand 3 x 10
- Walk the plank x 3 minutes
- Figure 8 on a cushion x 2 minutes
