- Figure 8 x 1 minute
- Walk the plank x 1 minute
- Sit to stand x 5
- Walk over cushions x 1 minute
Medium:
- High two up 2 x 10 seconds
- Figure 8 x 2 minutes
- Walk the plank x 1 minute
- Sit to stand x 10
- Walk over cushions x 2 minutes
Hard:
- High two up 3 x 10 seconds
- Figure 8 3 x 1 minute
- Walk the plank x 2 minutes
- Sit to stand x 15
- Walk over cushions x 3 minutes
