Easy:

  • High two up with hold 3 x 10 seconds
  • Under legs x 1 minute
  • Sit to stand x 10
  • Walk the plank x 1 minute
  • Figure 8 on a cushion x 1 minute

Medium:

  • High two up with hold 5 x 10 seconds
  • Under legs x 2 minutes
  • Sit to stand 2 x 10
  • Walk the plank x 2 minutes
  • Figure 8 on a cushion x 2 minutes

Hard: 

  • High two up with hold 8 x 10 seconds
  • Under legs x 2 minutes
  • Sit to stand 3 x 10
  • Walk the plank x 3 minutes
  • Figure 8 on a cushion x 2 minutes
