  • Two Up with rear leg lift x 10
  • Two Up with rear leg lift sustained (hold leg up) 3 x 10 seconds
  • Sit to stand x 10
  • Under legs x 1 minute
  • Cavaletti legs x 1 minute

Medium:

  • Two Up with rear leg lift 2 x 10
  • Two Up with rear leg lift sustained (hold leg up) 5 x 10 seconds
  • Sit to stand 2 x 10
  • Under legs x 1 minute
  • Cavaletti legs x 1 minute

Hard:

  • Two Up with rear leg lift 2 x 10
  • Two Up with rear leg lift sustained (hold leg up) 10 x 10 seconds
  • Sit to stand 2 x 10
  • Under legs x 2 minutes
  • Cavaletti legs x 2 minutes
