Medium:
- Two Up with rear leg lift 2 x 10
- Two Up with rear leg lift sustained (hold leg up) 5 x 10 seconds
- Sit to stand 2 x 10
- Under legs x 1 minute
- Cavaletti legs x 1 minute
Hard:
- Two Up with rear leg lift 2 x 10
- Two Up with rear leg lift sustained (hold leg up) 10 x 10 seconds
- Sit to stand 2 x 10
- Under legs x 2 minutes
- Cavaletti legs x 2 minutes
