  • Cavaletti legs x 1 minute
  • Sit to stand x 10
  • Back up cushion x 10
  • Walk over cushions x 1 minute
  • Two up on step x 10

Medium:

  • Cavaletti legs x 2 minutes
  • Sit to stand 2 x 10
  • Back up cushion 2 x 10
  • Walk over cushions x 2 minutes
  • Two up on step x 20

Hard:

  • Cavaletti legs x 3 minutes
  • Sit to stand 3 x 10
  • Back up cushion 3 x 10
  • Walk over cushions x 3 minutes
  • Two up on step  3 x 10
