Medium:
- Hip stretch x 10
- Weight shifting 3 x 10
- Cavaletti Poles 2 x 1 minute
- Walk over cushions x 1 minute
- Rear leg lift x 10
Hard:
- Weight shifting 2 x 10
- Two up 2 x 10
- Cavaletti Poles - higher 2 x 1 minute
- Walk over cushions 2 x 1 minute
- Rear leg lift 2 x 10
