Medium:
- Rear leg lift 2 x 10
- Cavaletti legs x 2 minutes
- Two up cushion 2 x 10
- Shake on cushion 2 x 10
- Sit to stand x 5 (only is pain free and good form - no leg rotation when sitting)
Hard:
- Rear leg lift 3 x 10
- Cavaletti legs 3 x 1 minute
- Two up cushion 3 x 10
- Shake on cushion 3 x 10
