  • Rear leg lift x 10
  • Cavaletti legs x 1 minute
  • Two up cushion x 10
  • Shake on cushion x 10
  • Sit to stand x 5 (only is pain free and good form - no leg rotation when sitting)

Medium:

  • Rear leg lift 2 x 10
  • Cavaletti legs x 2 minutes
  • Two up cushion 2 x 10
  • Shake on cushion 2 x 10
  • Sit to stand x 5 (only is pain free and good form - no leg rotation when sitting)

Hard:

  • Rear leg lift 3 x 10
  • Cavaletti legs 3 x 1 minute
  • Two up cushion 3 x 10
  • Shake on cushion 3 x 10
  • Sit to stand x 10 (only is pain free and good form - no leg rotation when sitting)
