Easy:

  • Shake in standing (hold for 10 seconds) x 3 each front paw
  • Rear leg lift lift (hold for 10 seconds) x 3 each rear paw
  • Cavaletti poles x 1 minute
  • Sit to stand x 5
  • Walk over cushions x 1 minute

Medium:

  • Shake in standing (hold for 10 seconds) x 5 each front paw
  • Rear leg lift lift (hold for 10 seconds) x 5 each rear paw
  • Cavaletti poles x 1 minute
  • Sit to stand x 10
  • Walk over cushions x 2 minutes

Hard:

  • Shake in standing (hold for 10 seconds) x 10 each front paw
  • Rear leg lift lift (hold for 10 seconds) x 10 each rear paw
  • Cavaletti poles x 2 minutes
  • Sit to stand x 15
  • Walk over cushions x 2 minutes
