Easy:
- Shake in standing (hold for 10 seconds) x 3 each front paw
- Rear leg lift lift (hold for 10 seconds) x 3 each rear paw
- Cavaletti poles x 1 minute
- Sit to stand x 5
- Walk over cushions x 1 minute
Medium:
- Shake in standing (hold for 10 seconds) x 5 each front paw
- Rear leg lift lift (hold for 10 seconds) x 5 each rear paw
- Cavaletti poles x 1 minute
- Sit to stand x 10
- Walk over cushions x 2 minutes
Hard:
- Shake in standing (hold for 10 seconds) x 10 each front paw
- Rear leg lift lift (hold for 10 seconds) x 10 each rear paw
- Cavaletti poles x 2 minutes
- Sit to stand x 15
- Walk over cushions x 2 minutes
