Easy:

  • Shake in standing x 10
  • Rear leg lift x 10
  • Cavaletti poles x 1 minute
  • Two up cushion x 10
  • Two up step x 10

Medium:

  • Sit to stand x 5 (watch sitting posture, paws must face forward)
  • Rear leg lift 2 x 10
  • Cavaletti poles x 2 minutes
  • Two up cushion x 20
  • Two up step x 20

Hard:

  • Sit to stand x 10 (watch sitting posture, paws must face forward)
  • Rear leg lift 3 x 10
  • Cavaletti poles x 3 minutes
  • Two up cushion 3 x 10
  • Two up step 3 x 10
