- Shake in standing x 10
- Rear leg lift x 10
- Cavaletti poles x 1 minute
- Two up cushion x 10
- Two up step x 10
Medium:
- Sit to stand x 5 (watch sitting posture, paws must face forward)
- Rear leg lift 2 x 10
- Cavaletti poles x 2 minutes
- Two up cushion x 20
- Two up step x 20
Hard:
- Sit to stand x 10 (watch sitting posture, paws must face forward)
- Rear leg lift 3 x 10
- Cavaletti poles x 3 minutes
- Two up cushion 3 x 10
- Two up step 3 x 10
