Medium:
- Massage x 5 mins (hip, back and shoulders)
- Cavaletti Poles - Raised 2 x 1 minute
- Figure 8 2 x 1 minute
- Cookie Stretch x 3 each side
- Hip Stretch x 2 sore side
Hard:
- Massage x 5 mins (hip, back and shoulders)
- Cavaletti Poles - Raised 3 x 1 minute
- Figure 8 on a cushion 2 x 1 minute
- Cookie Stretch x 3 each side
- Hip Stretch x 2 sore side
