Easy:

  • Walking backwards x 1 minute
  • Under legs x 1 minute
  • Walk over cushion x 1 minute
  • Sit to stand x 5
  • Rear leg lift (hold 10 seconds) x 3 each leg

Medium:

  • Walking backwards x 2 minutes
  • Under legs x 1 minute
  • Walk over cushion x 1 minute
  • Sit to stand x 10
  • Rear leg lift (hold 10 seconds) x 5 each leg

Hard:

  • Walking backwards onto cushion x 1 minute
  • Under legs x 2 minutes
  • Walk over cushion x 2 minutes
  • Sit to stand x 15
  • Rear leg lift (hold 10 seconds) x 10 each leg
