- Walking backwards x 1 minute
- Under legs x 1 minute
- Walk over cushion x 1 minute
- Sit to stand x 5
- Rear leg lift (hold 10 seconds) x 3 each leg
Medium:
- Walking backwards x 2 minutes
- Under legs x 1 minute
- Walk over cushion x 1 minute
- Sit to stand x 10
- Rear leg lift (hold 10 seconds) x 5 each leg
Hard:
- Walking backwards onto cushion x 1 minute
- Under legs x 2 minutes
- Walk over cushion x 2 minutes
- Sit to stand x 15
- Rear leg lift (hold 10 seconds) x 10 each leg
