- Cookie stretch x 5 each direction
- Hip ROM x 10
- Cavaletti Poles - Raised x 1 minute
- Sit to stand x 10
Medium:
- Walking backwards x 2 minutes
- Cookie stretch x 5 each direction
- Hip ROM x 20
- Cavaletti Poles - Raised x 2 minutes
- Sit to stand x 15
Hard:
- Walking backwards x 3 minutes
- Cookie stretch x 10 each direction
- Hip ROM x 20
- Cavaletti Poles - Raised x 3 minutes
- Sit to stand x 25
