  • Walking backwards x 1 minute
  • Cookie stretch x 5 each direction
  • Hip ROM x 10
  • Cavaletti Poles - Raised x 1 minute
  • Sit to stand x 10

Medium:

  • Walking backwards x 2 minutes
  • Cookie stretch x 5 each direction
  • Hip ROM x 20
  • Cavaletti Poles - Raised x 2 minutes
  • Sit to stand x 15

Hard:

  • Walking backwards x 3 minutes
  • Cookie stretch x 10 each direction
  • Hip ROM x 20
  • Cavaletti Poles - Raised x 3 minutes
  • Sit to stand x 25
