- Hip ROM x 10
- Cookie Stretch x 5 each side
- Two up x 10
- Two up with rear leg lift x 5
- Walk over cushion x 1 minute
Medium:
- Hip ROM x 10
- Cookie Stretch x 10 each side
- Two up x 10
- Two up with rear leg lift x 10
- Walk over cushion x 1 minute
Hard:
- Hip ROM x 10
- Cookie Stretch x 10 each side
- Two up 2 x 10
- Two up with rear leg lift x 15
- Walk over cushion x 2 minutes
