High two up (hold)


Benefits:

  • Helps activate back muscles to help strengthen arthritic joints
  • Gives a hip stretch to decrease stiffness in hips

Instructions:

  • Guide your dog up on a surface (like a chair) or other platform so their two paws are on it
  • Hold this position for 10 seconds then release the position
  • Treat as needed

Special notes:

  • Make sure the surface isn't slippery (like a wooden chair etc)
