Recording medications, activity and signs of pain can be a more accurate way to keep track of any changes that are occuring over time, rather than just trying to recall generally how our dog has been going! (If you're like me you have trouble remebering anything unless it is written down!! )
This type of information can be helpful by showing clearer reflections of how treatment is going and can help guide other treatment decisions.
