New programs each month

New programs, along with exercises, will be updated monthly. Aim to spend 10 minutes a day, most days, on a program, this should be enough work for the muscles to grow.

Also the new exercises will vary in difficulty. DO NOT feel any pressure to make your dog do harder exercises if they’re not ready. Although progressing through exercises too slowly might mean muscles won’t grow because the work isn’t hard enough, on the other hand, progressing too quickly can result in a flare up or injury.

It is a bit of trial and error, you may not know if an exercise is too hard unless you try. If you feel they’re ready then try a harder exercise, if they handle it well then that’s wonderful, if they don’t (they struggle during or after it) then put that harder exercise on hold and try again the following week. If they’re in pain ensure they have pain relief, whether pain medication, massage, range of motion and/or stretching.
